Water, Sugar (Primary ingredient for sweetness and viscosity), Red Chili Peppers (Finely chopped), Garlic, Vinegar (Acidity regulator), Iodized Salt, Modified Starch (Corn) - Acts as a thickener/stabilizer, Spices, Preservative: Sodium Benzoate (E211) - 0.1%, Antioxidant: BHA (E320) - To maintain freshness, Artificial Colors: Tartrazine (E102) and/or Sunset Yellow (E110) - Gives the vibrant orange-red hue, Acidulant: Citric Acid or Acetic Acid (if not fully covered by vinegar).
