Pork, Water, Sugar (Brown or white, primary curing agent for the sweet hamonado profile), Soy Sauce (Contains water, soybeans, wheat, salt), Pineapple Juice (Natural tenderizer and sweetener), Vinegar (Cane or coconut, for curing and tang), Salt, Garlic (Fresh or powdered), Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), Sodium Phosphate (Moisture retention and texture enhancer), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C, curing accelerator), Sodium Nitrite (Curing agent for color and preservation), Spices, Annatto Extract or Artificial Food Color (For the signature reddish-brown hue).
