Sweet Cebu-style pork longganisa, short and plump. It caramelises in the pan for longsilog.

Pork (Lean meat and fat), Water, Sugar (For the characteristic sweet hamonado profile), Salt, Garlic (Fresh or powdered), Soy Sauce (Contains water, soybeans, wheat, salt), Vinegar (Cane or coconut, for curing and tang), Spices, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), Sodium Nitrite (Curing agent for color and preservation), Sodium Phosphate (Moisture retention), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C, curing accelerator), Annatto Extract or Artificial Color (For the signature bright red hue).
